Refund Policy

Our main focus is to make it easier for each small and big organizations to improve their web presence at a very affordable price. For ease of customers, we have set a very transparent approach to choose our packages. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

The refund only applies in the following situation:

1. If you believe that you have mistakenly placed an order and doesn't want the service you will get an opportunity to cancel and ask for a refund within 2 working days.

2. In Case, you haven't received any confirmation email from the team within 30 days, you can ask for a full refund.

3. If you have submitted Keywords and URLs, and work execution confirmation has been sent from the team, then no refund applies on the service.

4. Clients purchasing Monthly Subscriptions, have the right to terminate the contract at any point of time but once work is sent and approved, no refund will apply on the contract.
